Terms and Conditions: By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following: All invoices are due Net 30 days. A finance charge of 5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law will be applied to all past due accounts. In the event of default, the applicant agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. The applicant certifies that all information provided is true and correct and authorizes Rockhouse Stone Company dba Bennett Brothers Stone of Hot Springs to make any inquiries necessary to process this application, including obtaining credit reports on the applicant and its principals.
Personal Guarantee: In consideration for the extension of credit, the undersigned individual(s), jointly and severally, unconditionally guarantee the full and prompt payment of all indebtedness incurred by the applicant. This is a continuing guarantee and remains in full force until written notice of revocation is received by Rockhouse Stone Company. Revocation does not affect any indebtedness incurred prior to notice.
